New Sports Amenities building, constructed on the existing sports oval. A new carpark with slip lane off Connolly Drive was addressed and built on site first. This was followed with new services and required connections to sewer, water gas and power. The Building works then commenced accommodating all necessary amenities, changerooms, kitchen and verandah overlooking the playing fields.
