New Netball Club building consisting of demolition, renovation and new building works. This challenging project was staged to allow the existing netball association to continue to run whilst the new building works took place. Special consideration was given to the services in this process. In addition, the New Building successfully marries the existing Hall and parts of the old administration facilities, into the new works, as well as taking account the challenges of the landscape around it.
The result is a new netball sports amenities building, with changerooms and toilet wing, new kitchen facilities which also accommodate the existing hall, a new administration wing, and a verandah that overlooks the netball courts.
