A new Sports Amenities pavilion to accommodate soccer clubs as well as incorporating a multi-purpose Hall for the community. The new building sits elevated facing the playing fields, with a verandah running its length and protruding into the landscape at one end to maximise the views. Centrally located it allows traffic to enter the parking areas from the streets on either side. The building includes all the necessary amenity facilities, first aid, offices, stores and kitchen which operates to also accommodate the multi-purpose Hall.
