Refurbishment and upgrade of all the Club and its Amenities at the Wembley Downs Tennis Club. The toilet and shower facilities and the existing Kitchen have been refurbished and redesigned to comply with the Australian Standards. The Members Lounge has had a general refurbishment to also allow for more light and updated finishes and additional access through to the existing covered external seating areas. The Main Hall has new ceilings, air conditioning and glazing to allow for cross ventilation and more light for its users.
