The internal fitout for Level 3 of the Walyalup Civic Centre has been designed to accommodate three separate office tenancies. Each tenancy has been acoustically treated and include a new kitchenette, with layouts customised to suit individual tenant requirements. A shared landlord circulation area is provided, featuring finishes that align with the existing building elements. Interior finishes and engineering services have also be upgraded throughout the level to deliver a cohesive, functional, and contemporary workspace.
